Lifetime Guarantee
You should expect high-quality jewellery to last for a lifetime. We expect no less of the jewellery we supply. So, we offer a lifetime guarantee against faults in manufacture. The guarantee covers all repair costs, including postage.
If at any time you discover a manufacturing fault in jewellery that you purchased from us, contact us, and we will make it right.
Please note, this warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by misuse. Repair work for such damage will be chargeable. We highly recommend taking out appropriate insurance coverage that may provide recourse in the case of owner or 3rd party damage.
If you are unsure whether the guarantee covers your jewellery, please ask us to help you. If you return the damaged jewellery to us, we will assess the damage and provide you with a repair quotation. We will never carry out chargeable work without your prior consent.
In addition to our workmanship guarantee, we guarantee that the diamonds used to make our jewellery are conflict-free. In compliance with UK law, all precious metals used in our jewellery carry the relevant UK Government Assay Office Hallmark.
