Can I use chat messages on your site?

Yes, we welcome your chat messages and can provide immediate replies. You can access the chat system from the chatbox on the bottom right-hand corner of every page. The chat service is available during regular business hours, but we are often available at other times, so please message us. If the chat window shows the message ‘Online’, we are available to chat with you.

For your convenience, you can request an email transcript of your conversation with us by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top of the chat window.
