How to check my order?

We have several ways to enable you to check the progress of your order.

  1. Log on to your account on David Ashley that you created when you made your purchase. You can use the email address and password you created when you made the purchase. You can log in to your account HERE.
  2. You can email us at help@davidashleys.com. When you contact us by email, please take care to provide the order number we sent to you in the order confirmation email you received after you made your order.
  3. During our business hours, you can contact us on 0800 158 5597 from the UK. Outside the UK, please call on +44 800 158 5597
  4. After your order has been dispatched, you can use the tracking number sent to you after the courier has collected your jewellery. 

When your order has been processed, we will send out an email with the planned dispatch date for your purchase. This email will contain your order number. You will need this number in any communications with us about your purchase.

Our customer service team is available between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Friday.

We can only provide you with updates on your order if the estimated dispatch date has passed. After dispatch, your courier tracking number will provide the information you need.
