David Ashley offers customers 30 days from the day their order is shipped to return their order. This means the items must come back in its original condition that is all labels undamaged and still on jewellery, gift box undamaged with velvet pouch and with any paperwork apart from customers invoice. If you wish to cancel your purchase, simply e-mail a diamond and jewellery consultant at cancellations@davidashleys.com . For return orders please e-mail returns@davidashleys.com . For a return authorisation code and instructions.

Note that once your item has been shipped, your order return will take effect after David Ashley’s receive your parcel then it is sent to our Quality Assurance Department to analyse that it is in its original condition.

All items are inclusive VAT. All of our charges are in GB pounds sterling (£). Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they still may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or incorrect prices.

Purchases made at the David Ashley’s can be shipped to any address in the world. Most shipments and deliveries will be made within 24-48 hours. Any shipments that don’t fall into this category we will be sure to inform you

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

• Bank wire: Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 1.5% discount. Bank wire payments are accepted on orders of £750 or more.

We fully insure each order. That means that your order shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all David Ashley’s orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.

If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

When you order a loose diamond, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of two highly respected diamond laboratories making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Therefore we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond.

If you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.

To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a flexible return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in new condition, you can return it for a refund.

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several of the same items, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. At David Ashley’s, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary slightly.

At David Ashley’s, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly stick to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.
